Reviews and Ratings
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The room on the 10th floor offered a spectacular view of the sunset, although it was slightly noisy due to its proximity to the central elevator. The carpet had a few visible spots but overall, it was bright and wonderful. The hotel's location, while a bit far from the center, impressed me with its cleanliness and room quality.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Belgian Quarter with fantastic shopping and dining options nearby. The rooms were excellent, especially the ones overlooking the vibrant neighborhood. However, the service had its ups and downs, with super nice and helpful staff at the receptions but some issues with the initial check-in lady. Despite that, the convenient location and great room views made my stay very enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the amazing view of the Belgian Quarter from my room on the 10th floor. The sunset was fantastic. The cleanliness and ambiance were top-notch, although the air conditioning's automation based on outside temperature was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel room was fantastic with a connecting door to another room and plenty of storage space. It was serviced promptly after hanging the 'please service the room' sign. The room was wonderfully bright, but the price could be a bit better. The service was provided by friendly and lovely staff members. The bar area was a nice touch. However, the location, although close to many dinner spots and tourist attractions, was not the most attractive. The hotel's dining experience was top-notch with a high-quality gym for guests and a bistro that serves good food. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and provided lovely views across the city to the Dom. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was super friendly and helpful, making my trip enjoyable. The location, although not traditionally attractive, was convenient for exploring the city and visiting the Christmas markets. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a great value for money hotel with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers spacious, attractive, and very comfortable rooms with amenities like a Nespresso machine, good heating/air conditioning, window seat, and a fog-free bathroom mirror. The breakfast was excellent. The service was accommodating and professional. The dining experience was acceptable, and there are excellent dining options nearby.
The hotel offers a gorgeous view of the city overlooking the cathedral, with clean rooms that have a 'business' look. Despite the small size of the rooms, the location is fantastic, and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is excellent but can be a bit pricey. Overall, a professional and pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was lovely but with some drawbacks. The room, although small, had nice amenities like a Nespresso machine, good heating/air conditioning, and a fog-free bathroom mirror. However, the view from the room turned out to be a construction site rather than the advertised dome view. The bed was comfortable, but the non-working blinds were an inconvenience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and public transport, but the noise levels were higher than expected. The room service was quick and efficient, though the carpets showed some wear and tear marks. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
The hotel is located at the center of Cologne, directly in the city center, making it great for transport, restaurants, and exploration. The rooms are spacious, attractive, and very comfortable, providing amenities like a Nespresso machine and a fog-free bathroom mirror. The service, unfortunately, is lacking in basic customer service attitude. The dining experience is among the best in Cologne, with attentive staff and a wide variety of options. Overall, a trendy neighborhood hotel with excellent facilities but service falls short.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms lacked dressers to store clothes and items but were cozy with a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The advertised dome view rooms turned out to overlook construction cranes, although the views across the city to the Dom were lovely and peaceful without any street noise.
